The quality of the sail was good with a slight stretch, solid stitching, and stainless D-rings fasteners. It's solid as a rock and has stayed up in gusty winds. Strong stitched seam with a straight edge and grommets every 2ft with durable stainless-steel D-rings at each corner to secure your sunshade sail in place while still allowing easy installation or take down.

EASY TO INSTALL AND REMOVE: 

 The shade sail can be easily hung and removed, perfect for any outdoor activity. Fasten to the frame with rope or zip ties through the D rings or grommets.

TIPS

: When you install, needs to be installed at an angle and pulled tight so that water will run off rather than pool in the middle. Recommend installing 1-2 sides lower than the other sides 30-45 degrees pull the angle with enough tension, most rain water will run off.

WARRANTY

: Comes with 3 years warranty when used under normal weather conditions. Clean with mild detergent or water, do not put it in your washing machine, or clothes drier.

Returns

We provide 30 days' money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused, and resalable products. Restocking fees and another fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The product is not eligible for a refund after the 30-day refund period has expired. 

Each product carries a limited replacement warranty period stated in each listing's item description. 

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping. All returned products (Replace or Refunded) have to Obtain a return label through Pricetronic. Any returned product without a return label on the package will not be processed. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, insurance, and returning the item in "new" or “original” condition. Used items will not be accepted for return.
