We recommend that you anchor your party tent in even the calmest weather conditions using a combination of tie down kits, ground bars and heavy duty pegs. Flexibility

Even if you find that you need a larger marquee at a later date, Delta Canopy tent multi-span option offers the degree of flexibility you need. For example, if you have purchased a 26' x 20' structure but now find that a 20'x20' would be more suitable, you can purchase a 20' x 20' canopy (roof) to make your tent smaller. •
All forms of payments are accepted via PayPal. •
Orders paid via eCheck (Debit Card) will take 3 to 5 days to clear. We will ship your item once payment is cleared. •
Payment must be received within 5 business days after auction ends. •
Texas residents need to pay 8.25% sales tax. Thank you. •
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason. •
All orders are shipped out via FedEx or USPS. We cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. •
Make sure to submit correct shipping address when you check out. If you want your item sent to a different address after you  complete checkout, we have to refund you and ask you pay again with correct shipping address. •
We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. •
Usually orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within the next business day M-F, following confirmed payment. Carrier needs 3 to 7 business days to deliver the packages to you. Please check the scheduled delivery time on Pricetronic. •
Tracking numbers are sent via email to the buyer automatically by carrier. If you do not receive one by next business day M-F, please contact us by email. •
All of our items are shipped out brand new. If the package appears damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. After you receive the package, please open to check the contents and email us immediately if you find any missing or damaged parts. We will contact FedEx for the damage or partial lost claim. •
We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. States and Canada (for certain items). Shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska is not available. •
International buyers are responsible for any of customs, duties and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue. We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries. •
All items shipped are brand new. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY USED PRODUCTS BACK AS RETURNS. •
PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK INVENTORY OF YOUR PARTS BEFORE ASSEMBLY. If an item is partially assembled, it is considered used and will not be allowed to be returned for a refund. You will only be able to receive those missing/damaged parts if our company is contacted within 30 days from the date of delivery. •
Our customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to notify our company that they would like to return their order due to receiving a damaged product or if you have changed your mind about the product that you have received. •
If you check your item upon delivery and it is damaged/broken and has never been used, we will need to be emailed pictures of the damages before return instructions are provided for your order to be refunded. •
If you receive an order and you changed your mind about keeping the product and nothing is wrong with the product, return instructions will be provided upon request. Postage and handling fee is not refundable for a non-faulty item. Non Faulty items being returned must be new, and never used. Postage for return of non-faulty items will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns MUST be received back in new condition within the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded, customers will have to provide the proper packaging for item to be returned. For return of non-faulty orders, our company processes a 20% restocking fee. •
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 20% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return. •
If we receive notification between 14 and 30 days after the initial delivery, we will ONLY be able to provide replacement parts for your order if it is due to manufacturers defect. Any request past the 30 days from the date of delivery, our company will not be able to provide replacement parts at no cost to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to purchase replacement parts and pay for the shipping of said parts. •
If you would like to receive replacement parts, we will need to be emailed pictures of the damaged parts before they will be sent out. •
